Ingrid Gelinas
Director, Leasing Division
Gets the deals done
Ingrid joined Clarke-Hook in 2007 after an impressive career in sales, contracts and leasing for large commercial brokerage firms. While generating sales in the Real Estate marketplace, she had observed and admired the stability of Clarke-Hook as well as its philosophies and processes for dealing with tenants. For one, the Clarke-Hook lease agreements are as simple as she had ever seen. In addition, she and the president, Ed Zigo, are personally involved with every initial contract, which provides the tenants with an immediate connection to their landlord.
Ingrid first learned the importance of providing fast and efficient service at age 13 while working in her family’s restaurant on Fire Island, NY. She achieved her BA from Marymount University in Boca Raton, FL before she married and moved with her husband to open a bicycle shop in Southern California.
After managing the bicycle shop, she continued to take on added sales and management roles and became a natural at matching appropriate space that businesses need in order to thrive. She obtained her Real Estate license and has been steadily working with companies in their search for new space.
At Clarke-Hook, Ingrid works with both beginning and late stage companies to locate their most appropriate space, plan any necessary build-outs, complete a final contract and obtain County permits. She takes great pride in ensuring a smooth and efficient process so that each new tenant can get down to business.
