Renee Crossman
Administrative Assistant
Music to the ears
Renee likes variety, which includes the challenge of meeting new people and responding to their various needs. She is the warm and friendly greeting on the telephone to callers looking for answers and is the back office support to several departments within Clarke-Hook.
Renee joined Clarke-Hook in 2001 to be a welcome resource for administrative needs. She leverages her extensive background in private practice teaching music to a variety of personalities of all ages. In that capacity, she learned how to appreciate the different perspectives of each individual. While working at Armstrong Management, Renee learned the nuances of the Real Estate services industry, which helped to prepare her for Clarke-Hook.
She has enjoyed working at Clarke-Hook because she has been treated as one of the family. She passes on the sense of community to the tenants who have learned to count on her attention.
Renee began her college education with scholarships to Webster College in St. Louis. She transferred, with scholarships, to Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and graduated with a B.A. in Music Education, which included a minor in Business Administration.
