Luise joined Clarke-Hook in 1999 and has been a stabilizing contributor to the successful tenant retention rates at all Clarke-Hook properties.

As a former employee for a Clarke-Hook tenant, Luise learned about the components of a successful tenant-to-landlord relationship. She joined Clarke-Hook because she wanted to work with a company that focuses on positive outcomes. Over the years, Luise has earned the trust of tenants as she works closely to respond to the variety of changes - such as business expansion - in their situations.

Luise thrives in property management because she is highly productive, knows the business, and knows how to prioritize tenant needs to ensure they get a full and quick response to their concerns and questions.

Luise’s background includes a consistent string of all-purpose administrative management positions as well as the attainment of a Real Estate license. She has been promoted within Clarke-Hook because of her versatility, high-level responsiveness and demonstrated abilities to provide true client service.
