Educated as an attorney with experience in construction, David began his career as a public defender in Washington D.C. He joined Clarke-Hook as General Counsel in 1985.

As the company has grown in its acquisition of new properties and facilities, David has consistently managed all construction services. He currently leads both the development and construction divisions of Clarke-Hook while also serving as Chairman of the Board.

David serves as Chairman of the Board for The Standard Register Company based in Dayton, Ohio. Traded on the New York Stock Exchange, the company is one of the leading business forms and business forms management companies in the world.

David received his B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, from Villanova University and his J.D. from University of Dayton.
